‘Bedford Crab’ is a cider apple of Malus domestica selected for its named fruit qualities and orchard performance. Bedford Crab is a Malus domestica cultivar. May be grown as an ornamental tree like other crab apples, however the small fruit are used in making bittersharp type ciders. Fruit are pale yellow with a pale pinkish-red blush.
